Once your complaint is received, a member of the AIMPAC team will contact you directly to discuss the matter in detail and collect any evidence you may have to assist with the investigation.

  • Any written correspondence (emails, letters, SMS)
  • Photographs, recordings, or other evidence
  • Names of any witnesses
  • Copies of licences, invoices, or contracts
