David joined AIMPAC for a specific reason: accountability and advocacy on rates.

AIMPAC's commitment to hold agents and agencies accountable. The papers written to try and lift rates for agencies and in particular the agents, with clients needing to understand the cost pressures and what's actually involved.

As a relatively new member, he is honest about where the relationship sits.

AIMPAC is only new, less than a year old. As yet the benefits can't be pointed out but hoping to see them arise in the near future.

His message to others in the industry who are not yet members is straightforward.

AIMPAC is about improving the market for both agencies and agents, get behind them to help make it a better industry for all of us.

Outside of his professional life, David volunteers with Marine Search and Rescue. It is the kind of commitment that says something about how he approaches responsibility, whether it is a client's matter or someone in trouble on the water.

It also connects to a thread that runs through his whole career: the idea that showing up, being present, and doing the job properly is what matters. Thirty-six years of field services is proof that the approach works.
